I had no intention of ever putting recipes on my blog…for the simple reason that I have always hated to cook!
However, something happened along my blog’s journey, and that something was called Pinterest. Through Pinterest, I discovered that I actually can cook, and sometimes I even like it. On the plus side, I have always enjoyed baking, so once I learned that I could master a main dish or two, I found I enjoyed not only cooking recipes, but making them fit within my Weight Watchers plan.
The Recipes section of my blog is very new, so I will have to add them gradually. However, I did get a spiffy new lens for Mother’s Day, which allows me to take some pretty neat photos of the food (and for me, the photos are as important as the recipes!), so I am working on gathering more content for this section. I promise to include Weight Watchers points whenever I can, and I hope I make the food both look and sound like something you’d like to try.
